Dr. Timothy James Stiff is a highly experienced Doctor of Chiropractic with a strong foundation in sports and athletic training. A proud graduate of Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Texas, Dr. Stiff pursued his passion for kinesiology and human performance through extensive academic studies. He attended Tyler Junior College, Lon Morris College, and earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University. He continued his education with an M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler and went on to complete his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Texas Chiropractic College.

Since 2005, Dr. Stiff has owned and operated Strategic Chiropractic, providing expert chiropractic care and athletic performance services in Baytown, Clifton, and Jacksonville, Texas. His professional journey also includes tenures at Woodville Chiropractic, Darr Chiropractic, and The Joint Chiropractic.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Stiff has served as an associate professor at Lee College and Jacksonville College, where he taught courses in Physiology, Biology, Health and Nutrition, Athletic Injury Care, Taping, and Physical Modalities. His dedication to teaching and mentoring is evident in both academic and athletic settings.

Dr. Stiff is also the owner and instructor of an MMA, Karate, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Clifton, Texas—a testament to his lifelong passion for martial arts, which runs deep in his family.

His extensive experience includes working on the sidelines at numerous college and high school sporting events across Texas, serving as an athletic trainer, strength coach, and wellness advisor. He has also had the privilege of working with professional athletes, including Chris Sampson, former pitcher for the Houston Astros, Cade Johnson, catcher for the Milwaukee Brewers, and even the Radio City Rockettes.

Outside of work, Dr. Stiff enjoys spending time with his grandkids, playing golf, practicing karate, and working out.
