Meet the Doctor
Dr Zac Leslie
Chiropractor
Dr. Zac Leslie has been serving the greater Palestine community since he moved here in October of 2005. Dr. Leslie attended the nationally-renowned Parker College Of Chiropractic, graduating in August of 2005. While there he completed a dual degree program, earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Anatomy degree. Dr. Leslie did his undergraduate studies at Abilene Christian University, where he earned 8 consecutive semesters on the Dean’s List and the prestigious University Scholar Award. He was also an all-conference member of the ACU baseball team.
Since moving to Palestine, Dr. Leslie has helped thousands of patients, some suffering from all kinds of chronic and acute pain, some simply wishing to maximize their health potential and day-to-day function. He has spent hundreds of hours educating his patients on the importance of spinal health, proper nutrition, exercise/fitness and the many facets and benefits of health and wellness. He also enjoys opportunities to speak to public groups about all things chiropractic and health related. In 2017 Dr. Leslie was named the District 6 “Doctor of the Year” by the Texas Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Leslie has worked with several Palestine area high school baseball teams, and has also volunteered his time as a little league coach. He volunteered as the team doctor for the Cayuga Wildcat football team for three seasons and the Westwood Panther football team for one season. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, recently serving as President of the Board of Directors. He is President of the Palestine Young Professionals Network & serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA. In the summer of 2010, Willow Creek Chiropractic & Wellness was named Business Of The Quarter by the Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce in recognition of their community service and involvement.
Dr. Leslie has a very strong working relationship with many of the family physicians in the area, as well as physical therapists and other chiropractors. He has worked closely with other specialists in managing cases of all kinds. Dr. Leslie is a member of the International Chiropractic Association, Texas Chiropractic Association and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. In 2009 he finished his 200 hours of continuing education and national licensing exam required for his title of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).
Dr. Leslie and his staff enjoy helping organizations in the Palestine community and have raised money for CASA of East Texas, the Crisis Center of Anderson & Cherokee Counties, Refuge of Light, Blankets and Bears, BARC, Relay For Life & the Palestine Police & Fire Departments, as well as held school supply and toy drives to benefit Anderson County children.
Dr. Leslie has been married to his wife Brittany since 2007. They have three children: Des’Rai, Kinley & JT. In his spare time Dr. Leslie is active in his church, enjoys exercise, golf, reading, college football and spending time with his family and friends.
